3. How Ordering Works
This site does not process online payments. Adding products to your cart and tapping "Order on WhatsApp" sends your order details to our team over WhatsApp — it is a request, not an automatic confirmation. Your order is confirmed only once our team acknowledges it and agrees on final pricing, quantity, and delivery details with you directly.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payment by cash or bank transfer. Payment terms (including any advance payment for bulk orders) are agreed directly with our team at the time your order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
- We supply pan-India from our Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh facility
- Delivery timelines depend on your location, order quantity, and courier/transport availability, and are communicated to you at the time of order confirmation
- Please inspect your shipment on arrival and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours, as described in our Return & Refund Policy
6. Product Use & Disclaimer
Dosage recommendations shared by our team are general guidance based on typical raw material composition. Actual results depend on your specific clay, soil, or coal-ash mix, and we recommend a trial batch before full-scale use. Our chemicals should be handled and stored according to standard industrial safety practices.

8. Limitation of Liability
