We want you to be confident ordering from Safeburn Chemicals. This policy explains when a return, replacement, or refund applies, and how to request one.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a manufacturing defect, please inspect it as soon as it's delivered and let us know within 48 hours. Send us clear photos/videos of the product and packaging along with your order details on WhatsApp or phone, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for the affected items.
2. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a different product or quantity than what was confirmed with our team, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a correction, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Change of Mind Returns
Since our clay modifier, brick hardener, and soil stabilizer products are supplied in sealed containers, we can accept a return for a "change of mind" only if the container is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping in this case is the customer's responsibility.
4. What Cannot Be Returned
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially used
- Products without their original packaging or labelling
- Bulk/wholesale orders where dosage trials have already been carried out on-site
5. How to Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund
Message us on WhatsApp or call us with the following details:
- Your name and mobile number used for the order
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for the return, with photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
6. Refund Method & Timeline
As this site does not collect online payments, all payments are made directly to Safeburn Chemicals by cash or bank transfer. Approved refunds are issued back to you the same way you paid — by bank transfer or cash — and are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
